Local Heirloom Tomato Salad, with mixed greens, shaved fennel, cucumber, red onion, fresh mozzarella, finished with grilled sweet corn vinaigrette.

Course #2

Braised Iowa Beef Short Rib, served with grilled Iowa sweet corn, radishes, rainbow swiss chard, tomatoes, basil and hand cut tagliatelle pasta.

Course #3

Strawberry Rhubarb Galette. with housemade vanilla bean ice cream, finished with creme anglaise.
